Arthur Sawayer has earned his USCG Approved Master Captains License and has over forty years of experience fishing the coastal waters of Massachusetts. His passion and expertise during those years has been the thrill of catching large numbers of Striped Bass, Bluefish, Bonito and Albacore with fly rods and light tackle. | ||
